Ok, so somewhere along the way kids figure out how to take advantage of their parents.
I have had laryngitis for several days and have realized just how easy it is for my kids to turn the other way so they cannot see my gestures or read my lips, thus not "hearing" me. HOW FRUSTRATING!
Now Miss. Attitude has decided that she should argue everything. Seems to think since it hurts to talk that I'll give up. Well, no, dear. "But Mommy, if you don't let me do this, I am going to keep asking anyway" is what she just informed me. She's in trouble in her room. What happened to my sweet little baby?!? School happened.
I agree with the kids. School stinks.
