Offer #4 was the key, apparently. And the website just put a PENDING slash across my house! That made it soooo real. NOW the freaking may begin.
Pending inspections, of course, hopefully we'll close in about a month. And there's a little updating flooring to do before we move in. Then, gradually, we will overtake the 1972 originals. But first, we, OF COURSE, need to have a 70's theme party! Who wouldn't want to dance in front of the wall of mirrors?!
There are enough rooms here that we have one that we call "The Library". Yep, all of our books get a room of their own. See that front room with the "bay" window? That is where Emma will want to do her reading. Any bay or bay-type window during our touring, she would sit on it or in front of it to read.
