We took the kids to the Circus in Oakland on Saturday for both of their birthdays (3 weeks apart, so combined gifts are terrific!). Seated in the nosebleed section, we had a great view of the top of the pole that the pole climbers climb. When the pole climbing lady approached the top, Emma looked at her in total awe and said to me "WOW, she must have had a BIG breakfast!"
Now that she is 4 years old, she not only says cute things, but they kind of make some kind of sense now. Scary. :)
