House Updates!

Many have asked for house updates.  Here we go - we've done a lot, and we still have a ways to go, but we're getting there.  The fact that we have no more exposed subflooring is making for a much easier time of things :D  We're still also working on things like hanging pictures and finishing baseboards

First up, the Room of Awesome.  Formerly the Wall of Awesome, we are super happy to have a whole library devoted to our favorite past time.  In this pic, the kitchen table is in the library..more on that later :)  Eventually we'd like a library table, but it won't be the kitchen table!

Next up is the dining room.  The dining room currently shares the office, which is why two chairs are wall-side for the moment.  Eventually we'll get curtains hung, and the picture that is on the floor hung as well.  Of course, Max, on his bed, is in the shot because he loves to lounge around in the sunshine.

Now, for the eat - in kitchen...where the kitchen table should be...

this is why the table isn't here!  This would be our double oven order that we've been waiting for!  Should be installed tomorrow, and we have been seriously fresh bread deprived.  Since OCTOBER.  Seriously. 

Upstairs hallway, baseboards in place.  They aren't completed, but that's okay! 

Schuyler's room of stripes and planets.  I tried to avoid photographing messies in the kids rooms.

Emma's room of blue and purple polka-dots.  And hats.  And butterflies.  And horses.  And flowers.  And love.
And Max's tail, because you didn't think he'd let his momma roam the house unaccompanied, did you?
