Playoff Game 7 Reds Vs. Giants...Bummer

Well, the Giants won this one 10-2. I think the pressure got to the boys. They didn't play poorly, but they were definitely a little "off".

Schuylers info:
Inning 1, sat out fielding, no at bat

Inning 2, left field, no action, no at bat

Inning 3, 3rd base. Good coverage of 3rd, was always ready for a throw to 3rd, never got any of the action though. Up to bat with a strike out on a 1-3 count (swinging twice). Long and short here - excellent pitching by the Giants, striking out many of our team.

Inning 4, right field, no action, no at bat

Inning 5, 2nd base - no action here either but great pitcher back up, no at bat

Inning 6, no fielding and no at bat.

Schuyler is ever positive, stating many times "we aren't out yet, we can still get to the championships!" Yes, do remember that these are double elimination playoffs and they play on Saturday against whoever wins tonight's game (Braves vs. Orioles).

Looking back on the friendships being made on this team, the team work, and the improvement all of the boys have made, it is truly amazing and wonderful. It is sad that the season is over, pending playoffs. Hopefully next year he can play on the same team as many of the boys he's with this year and of course, the same coach!
