Emma has become a pirate. We did have to patch her good eye to make the weaker one start working better. Her glasses are working great for her right eye, making it near 20/20, but it is still doing all the work, and her left eye, with the glasses, is still only about 20/40.
Although her eye patch has a cute little butterfly on it, she keeps saying "Mommy, I'm so sad I have to wear this". The first day she had it I asked her to put it on to show Grandma and Papa. "No thanks" she says.
This is going to be fun.
